Policies
Thank you for your order. The following information will be helpful in planning your event.
Please place your orders as early as possible to ensure timely processing. Please place your order no later than 2pm the day prior. After 3pm we cannot guarantee product selection. Every effort will be made to accommodate your last minute request. However, orders placed the day of (or 24 hours prior to) your requested delivery time will be subject to a $25 Rush Fee.
Our regular catering hours are from 7am – 6pm Monday through Friday. Our catering office is open 5am – 3pm Monday through Friday. Orders placed for weekend service must be made by 1pm on Friday. As well orders placed late Friday or over the weekend will not be received until Monday morning therefore orders placed during these hours are not confirmed until we have contacted you.
Modifying your order – you can make modifications to your order at any time, however any modifications requested will be pending until you have received a verbal or written confirmation from a member of the management team.
Cancellation Policy – Orders cancelled less than 24 hours prior to delivery will be subject to a 25% fee. Please call us to cancel any order 484.701.6510. Please do not leave a message or email a last minute cancellation. Clients must speak directly to a member of the management team, any message given to our associates or left on our voicemail is not a valid cancellation.
Changes - If there is a room change or time change please alert us by phone to the exact new location or time to avoid confusion and delay. Any late changes (less than 24hours) to an original order can be made by logging into your account. Late order changes may not be fulfilled, it depends on our kitchen schedule that day. Your changes are not confirmed until we have contacted you either by email or a phone call to confirm your changes.
Additional Labor: If you would like to have an attendant present for your catered event please contact the catering manager of chef manager.
Payments – Department Codes are required for all orders placed. However personal or company credit cards may be used.
Substitutions - We reserve the right to vary menu selections when necessary to meet market conditions.
